Juice - 1 carrot, 3 stalks kale, 1 cucumber, 1/2 lime, 1 broccoli stem
5pm
Barley wrap with 40g smoked salmon, 1/3 cucumber and xlight cream cheese
+ 10 goji berries, 3 almonds
7pm
4 grilled lambchops
Baked potato with sauteed brown onion, greek yoghurt and shallots
Spinach, tomato, cucumber salad with lime juice
9pm
Handful of dorito chips
Handful of green grapes and 1/3 mango
150g greek yoghurt with 30g protein powder and 1 tbsp peanut flour
10pm ended fast.
Beverages: 3L+ water, hisbiscus tea and green tea
Exercise: 1 hour of running, walking and stair climbing outdoors.
